Meet Dr. Megan Spencer
Dr. Spencer is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with over 10 years of experience providing compassionate, evidence-based care in the Fargo community and surrounding regions. Dr. Spencer specializes in diagnostic assessment and individual therapy with adults, helping clients navigate mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, and life transitions. She provides treatment direction, ensuring cohesive and client-centered care plans.
Dr. Spencer is certified in the Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics™ (NMT), a neurodevelopmentally-informed approach to clinical problem-solving. NMT utilizes brain mapping from the brainstem through the frontal cortex to understand how adverse experiences impact brain development and functioning. This allows for targeted treatment recommendations that align with each client’s specific neurodevelopmental needs.
