Mandy’s vision for Empower has always that when you walk through the doors of Empower Counseling, you’ll be welcomed by caring, down-to-earth professionals who are here to listen, support, and help you take the next step—wherever you are on your journey.
But starting counseling can be overwhelming, so, here is what you can expect:
- You can email or call to schedule a time to meet. We will need your insurance information at that time so please have your card handy.
- We will email or mail you paperwork. You can also click on the link below! Please fax it, mail it, drop it off, or email it to blair@empowercounselingfm.com. We will also need a copy of your insurance card.
- At the first appointment, we will be going over your paperwork, confidentiality, signing forms (HIPAA, Informed Consent, Fee Agreement, etc.) as well as talking your stressors, your life, and what is going right. We will come up with a plan for what areas we want to target in therapy.
-It may take a few sessions to cover all of this, which is completely ok!
